ATF - Building Mentoring Relationships
The Ambition Together Foundation (ATF) supports young people who have faced care experience, disrupted education, and barriers to employment, helping them rebuild confidence, direction, and pathways into work.
Together, ATF and InsightBox are developing Nova, a connected mentoring and employment support system designed to turn that ambition into consistent, real-world progress.
Nova brings together AI, mentors, advisers and opportunity providers into one coordinated ecosystem; supporting young people continuously, not just during appointments or sessions.
At the centre is a 24/7 digital twin that helps each young person build confidence, navigate decisions, and move forward, while giving mentors and advisers the context they need to provide meaningful, joined-up support.

Many young people entering support programmes are not just looking for advice — they are rebuilding trust, confidence, and belief in their future.
Support is often fragmented. Appointments are short, context is limited, and momentum is easily lost between touchpoints.
Without continuity, even well-intended interventions can struggle to translate into real progress — leaving young people disengaged and services without clear visibility of what is working.
InsightBox partners with ATF to provide the digital and AI infrastructure that underpins this mentoring ecosystem, ensuring that every relationship is carefully matched, supported, and nurtured over time.
