DR LUKE ROBERTS, FOUNDER
PhD, M.B.A., MEd.
I’ve spent over two decades helping people navigate conflict, build trust, and transform systems — from school corridors to boardrooms to prison wings.
My academic background combines a PhD from Cambridge University (where I explored how organisations behave as complex adaptive systems) with Masters degrees in Educational Research and Business Administration. Alongside this, I’ve trained in law and practised extensively in mediation, restorative practice, and systems design.
What drives me is applying theory to real-world change. I’ve developed the PeaceSight and SystemsSight tools to support organisations in not just resolving conflict or managing change — but truly understanding the systems that create those challenges in the first place.
I’ve worked with Kate for over 12 years developing InsightBox. Together, we’ve blended psychology, systems thinking, and data tools into practical, user-friendly platforms that help people understand themselves and each other — and make their environments better for everyone.
I’m especially passionate about helping leaders see complexity more clearly, so they can act with purpose — not just pressure.

I’ve spent the past 20+ years developing tech products — taking ideas from first concept through to launch. I’ve worked across sectors designing tools that are not only innovative but genuinely useful in people’s everyday lives.
Over the last 12 years, I’ve worked alongside Dr Luke Roberts to build the InsightBox suite of products — tools that help people understand themselves, navigate conflict, and improve the systems they work or learn in.
My focus is on making sure the technology delivers real-world impact. I lead on product strategy, user experience, and development — turning complex insight into simple, powerful tools that schools, organisations, and communities can actually use.
I care deeply about designing tech that helps people thrive — whether that’s a student understanding how they learn best, a team resolving long-standing friction, or a leader making better decisions with a clearer view of the system around them.

All InsightBox products — MindSight, PeaceSight, and SystemsSight — are developed by a trusted team of seasoned professionals with over 40 years of leadership in secure, scalable technology solutions. The team includes experts across front-end and back-end development, UX/UI design, and system architecture.
