INSIGHTBOX helps organizations better understand the issues affecting their culture and how these issues impact individual behaviours. We recognise that bullying, harassment, and discrimination can impact the performance of individuals and the overall culture of the organization. Leaders who have a deep understanding of the issues affecting their organization can be creative in addressing specific situations to prevent their recurrence. They can also influence the wider culture to ensure psychological safety, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and well-being. These are essential for enabling and retaining people and for teams to perform at their best.
We collaborate with technology partners to identify individual's personality types and areas of personal growth and development. This enables individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential for personal and career development. INSIGHTBOX can help individuals to better understand their thinking styles, role orientation, how they interact with others and manage work pressure, among other things. This empirical information is instrumental in building effective teams, improving communication, and creating an environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and supported. It can be used to improve team output, identify career progression, and select mediators who can find solutions and improve behaviour within the organisation's culture.
By recognizing patterns and trends, organizations have a clear understanding of the types of issues that are affecting individuals and the culture, as well as how situations are being resolved.
INSIGHTBOX provides evidence-based processes to achieve successful outcomes and offers a comprehensive digital service to help resolve issues. This includes collecting referrals, case allocation, practitioner guidance, and agreement generation, all in one system. We also offer a strategic dashboard that allows leaders and managers to better understand the issues affecting the culture and impacting the behaviour of the individuals. The dashboard provides an overview of patterns and trends, a track of conflict referrals, work done by practitioners, and outcomes.

I completed my PhD at Cambridge University exploring how organisations as Complex Adaptative Systems sustain innovation. My Masters in Educational Research focused on how organisations can be analysed using Complexity Theory and Systems Thinking to sustain initiatives. I also have a degree in Politics and Law, as well as having completed the Legal Practitioners Course (LPC) at the College of Law, in my younger years.
I have spent over 20 years of the fields of mediation, restorative practice and conflict resolution. Over this time I have developed and refined a particular process to transform conflict situations into peaceful relationships. I have worked in schools, prisons, charities, organisations, and communities where conflict has been disastrous relationships or has started to affect the culture. For me, the processes in INSIGHTBOX go beyond training and enable those facing the conflict situation to have an evidence-based method in which to bring about change.
Luke continues to apply both theory and evidence to achieve real world results with clients, often when facing significant change. He is passionate in helping clients discover new opportunities to be creative and embed success to allow them to thrive in the future.
I have worked with Kate for over seven years, developing our range of services in INDIGHTBOX. It has been a long journey with lots of learning and challenges along the way. Together, we have developed a unique approach that helps organizations demonstrate the progress they make and we continue exploring innovative technologies to offer our clients even more valuable insights.

My career has been spent working within product development, contributing to the creation of new products from ideation to launch. I have been fortunate to work in the technology industry, mainly within the communication sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative services. Most recently this has been working with Internet of Behaviour services.
Luke and I have a shared interest in creating technology that help organizations to adopt and integrate restorative practices. We enable clients to record achievements and gather relevant data points to gain a deeper understanding of and analyse trends, as well as the root causes and effects of conflicts, behaviours, and emotional states.
As we started collaborating with schools, prisons, and other organizations, we broadened our expertise to gain a more comprehensive understanding of individuals communication styles, and behaviours. We recognise the interdependent relationship between the individuals in an environment and the organization's culture. The attitudes, behaviours, and values of individuals shape the culture, which in turn influences their collective purpose and productivity.
My role is to partner and deliver innovation to support our services and offer our clients evidence based solutions.
We have worked with a variety of organizations of different sizes, such as large charities like St John Ambulance with over 26,000 employees and volunteers. Our service provides a referral pathway, learning support and data analytics to deal with large organization's needs.
We have also worked in single sites, as with HMP Ranby, capturing the work of prison officers and prisoners as they support the prison community in addressing conflict situations. Over the course of 18 months, we were able to show a savings of £1.2 million by preventing recurrence and escalation.
We have worked within school settings, an example is the Endeavour Federation of Schools in Manchester, who have developed a unique model of nurture and restorative practice. Our service covers the three schools, which allows for insights into particular issues, while providing the multi-academy trust with a quantifiable evidence base for success.
